Sabut urad retains the skin, providing more fibre and micronutrients than peeled/ split versions. Organically grown, chemically clean. Offers high protein, essential minerals like iron and calcium, and beneficial carbs. Needs soaking and longer cooking, but texture and flavour more pronounced. Great when used in mixed pulses, in sprouted form, or in slow‑cooked dals. Also works in traditional recipes where bean shape matters. Grown with love on our farms in Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra.
