Description
Moong chilka keeps the outer coat, which enhances fibre and retains certain micronutrients (minerals, B‑vitamins) often lost in dehulling. Organically grown, minimizing chemical exposure. When soaked and cooked, it softens but still provides structure — not mushy. Offers moderate protein, low fat, and is more digestible than many heavier pulses. Flavor is mild, slightly nutty; takes well to light temperings. The extra fibre helps with digestion, and the slower cook time still remains reasonable compared to some whole pulses. Sustainably processed to retain its purity, natural colour and taste. Grown with love on our farms in Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra.
