Description

Bajra is one of the oldest cultivated millets, organically grown in GroPure farms in Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra, free from pesticides. It is rich in complex carbohydrates, making it a superb source of sustained energy, especially for physically active people. With good amounts of protein and healthy fats (including omega‑3), it also contributes significantly to iron, calcium, phosphorus and other minerals. Its high dietary fibre supports digestive health, helps in controlling cholesterol, and regulates blood sugar levels. Bajra has a slightly nutty flavour, which becomes more pronounced when roasted; it can be used whole in meals or ground into flour for rotis and other breads. Because it is gluten‑free, it is also ideal for people with wheat sensitivities.
