Black Wheat is a whole grain wheat variety featuring natural anthocyanin pigmentation, which has antioxidant, anti‑inflammatory and possibly anti‑cancer properties. Grown without chemicals and processed to retain its nutritional integrity, it offers higher protein, dietary fibre, calcium, and Vitamin K compared to regular wheat. Despite its pigmentation, it behaves similarly in cooking and dough forming, making it feasible for rotis, breads or mixed flours. For health‑conscious diets, it adds both visual appeal and functional nutrients. Our Wheat is organically grown without any chemicals, pesticides and GMOs.
