Urad dhuli has had its outer skin removed, making it faster to cook and yielding a soft, almost velvety texture. Organically produced to prevent chemical residues. Retains high protein content, good amounts of minerals and low fat. Its mild flavour allows for heavier spice or flavour infusions without bitterness. Perfect for fermented batters (idli, dosa), savoury pancakes, or creamy dals, especially when texture and smoothness are desired. Also gentler on digestion. Grown with love on our farms in Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra.
